TikToker @Shans1588 reveals her 2nd child weighed 14Lbs – twice as big as an average person.

Sharing a photo of her newborn, the mom explained that she had two doctors to help deliver the baby when she was 38 weeks pregnant.

Interestingly, a US mom appears to win the contest as she makes headlines after revealing in a TikTok clip that her 2nd child weighed 14Lbs – twice as big as an average person. Sharing a photo of her newborn, @Shans1588 explained that she had two doctors to help deliver the baby when she was 38 weeks pregnant.

“We want to play the biggest baby? I got you. At 38 weeks and one day, I had my second son (delivered) via C-section by two doctors – because he came in at a whopping 14 pounds, 0.6 ounces.” @Shans1588 said in the clip viewed over 30 million times. 

@Shans1588 baby boy was close to 24 inches long and was above the normal range in length, between 18 and 22inches, with 20 inches being the average.

The mom pointed out that her baby boy was close to 24 inches long and was above the normal range in length, between 18 and 22inches, with 20 inches being the average. According to the University of Michigan Health, babies’ average birth weight is estimated at 7.5 pounds, although between 5.5 and 10 pounds is recognized as usual.

She added: “Yes, I gave birth to a toddler who then spent 11 days in the NICU where he was the biggest baby in there. The NICU did not even have diapers from him or clothes. They had to go upstairs to pediatrics and get size three diapers, and he came home in clothing (sized) six to nine months.”

In an updated clip, the mom-of-two shared a clip featuring her son’s photos throughout the years, revealing he’s now 5-Year-Old. “Our 14lb.6oz baby boy. J is a healthy, stubborn, and Strong 5-Year-Old who loves baseball, football, and Monster Trucks.” @Shans1588 captioned the post.
