Model Goes Underwear Free In A Dress With High Slit At Australian Fashion Week
Alongside rhinestone bras and raising hemlines, the event also saw underwear free trends.
Crowds seated in the front row at this year’s Australian Fashion Week during the Michael Le Sordo show were left stunned by model Montana Cox’s choice of outfit, which included a slit to her torso. While hemlines and rhinestone bras were also part of the daring trends seen at the event, the brunette, however, confidently went underwear free flaunting her bottom in a strapless velvet frock.
Apart from going underwear free, the 29-year-old went further with her daring look, opting for patent leather boots and had her locks coiffed in an edgy straight style with a blunt fringe.
The show also saw another outrageous outfit by model Dominique Elissa. She wowed in a tiny rhinestone bra that barely covered her chest and paired the look with silky cream trousers and a matching shirt to show off her abs.
Of the annual fashion event, the Le Sordo show was considered the most coveted. On the other hand, former Australia’s Next Top Model star Montana had in 2022 opened up about how her jet-setting lifestyle resulted in catching COVID-19 twice. When she recovered, she decided to leave New York and so packed her bags and returned Down Under.
‘I have half of my apartment in New York, half of my stuff still back in London. I came back [to Australia] quickly,’ she told Stellar magazine in September 2021.‘I was in London when Covid happened and I still had my New York apartment. I got rid of the lease and got someone to pack all of my stuff.’ Upon her return to Australia, Montana used her time in lockdown to improve her acting skills.
Notably, Montana was in the Aussie soap ‘Neighbours’ before the show got canceled. She played the character Britney Barnes, which was killed off just a year after being introduced and even if the show is revived By Amazon next year, she won’t still be returning. Nevertheless, the catwalk star rose to fame following her appearance on the 2011 season of Australia’s Next Top Model.
