Margot Robbie had swapped from black to silver for her “Babylon” premiere red carpet pictures in Sydney. The actress looked effortlessly stunning in Versace for the event. She kept her ensemble simple and elegant with no jewelry and very simple, au natural makeup, letting her dress do the work. The “Bombshell” star was head-turning.
It was quite the switch up from her all-red Valentino gown last week that saw her revealing her back on the Golden Globes Award. Her doppleganger, Australian actress Samara Weaving, also wore a bright blue dress, a custom Louis Vuitton with a short train.
Samara and Margot have always been uncannily similar in appearance, causing some confusion at times as the “Home and Away” shared her experience.
The actress revealed that she’s been approached by a young fan of Margot before and they were so excited that Samara didn’t know how to tell them the truth. She shared, “I didn’t have the heart to tell her I wasn’t her, so I just stood there and tried to copy her [Margot’s] smile.”
And she’s not at all annoyed! The actress shared, “Are you kidding? No, it’s flattering. I love Margs. She’s the best!”
Jane Thornton star, Phoebe Tonkin, arrived draped in a gorgeous, white floor-length dress with embroidery details by Chanel.
She wore her dress with red lipstick, as the whole cast seems to be agreeing upon minimal accessories for the event. The “Vampire Diaries” star also posed alongside Samara.
