Madonna, 63, Defends Her N[u]de NFT Videos Showing 3D Scan Of Her Private Part

Madonna is heavily slammed over her explicit nude NFT videos that feature a 3D depiction of her private parts. The 63-Year-Old had teamed up with a digital artist for his Mother of Creation collection. In a pair of three clips, one showed a naked depiction of the Queen of Pop giving birth to trees, butterflies, and robotic centipedes.

Among the graphic aspects of the clips are also close-up shots of the Material Girl singer’s private parts, which were created using scans of Madonna’s genitals. 

After the release of the videos, the pop icon, which is no stranger to shock, instantly sparked responses on Twitter, with users branding Madonna desperate for attention and calling the clips cringey, creepy and scary. A few argued the new venture is a step too far. But as always, the singer refused to let anyone stop her SHINE.

She has hit back in an interview with the artist himself, Beeple, whose real name is Michael Joseph Winkelmann. 

“I’m doing what women have been doing since the beginning of time, which is giving birth. But on a more existential level, I’m giving birth to art and creativity and we would be lost without both. I think it’s important that a lot of thought and conversation went into creating these videos,” Madonna said.

It’s alleged proceeds from the collection will be given to three charities, Voices of the Children, V-Day, and National Bail Out.

She concluded: “I saw we need a forest with creepy bugs coming out of me. Not often does a robot centipede crawl out of my vagina. My journey through life as a woman is like that of a tree. Starting with a small seed, always pushing against the resistance of the Earth. The endless weight of gravity.” Notably, the first clip saw a digitalized version of Madonna inside a glass giving birth to a tree.

In the 2nd, she was perched on top of a truck with her legs spread, allowing butterflies to emerge, while Madonna lies in a forest as robot centipedes crawl out of her in the third.

“The metamorphosis journey of butterflies, which are one of the most beautiful creations in nature, and a sign of hope. The butterflies are a metaphor for the paradox that the world is burning down in a post-apocalyptic scene, but there is still evidence of life. We continue to give birth, no matter what destruction is going on, no matter what oppression we face It relays the important message that if you are waiting for the world to be perfect or for your life to be perfect to create art, it will never happen,” reads the NFT’s description. 

The hitmaker is no stranger to showing her body, & she has posted numerous nearly-naked photos on Instagram.
