Kim Kardashian, 42, Flaunts Figure In Skimpy Gold Bikini As She Enjoys Nighttime Swim
Kim Kardashian shows off her incredible figure in the skimpy gold bikini.
The TV personality took to Instagram Tuesday to share stunning bikini snaps from her vacation to Puglia. Kim Kardashian flaunted her incredible frame in a metallic gold bikini, which showed off her ample assets. The 42-Year-Old seems to have enjoyed a nighttime swim while strutting her stuff out of the pool to put her physique on full display.
The gold bikini look comes as Kim Kardashian updates fans about her busted shoulder.
Last weekend, the mom-of-four provided the updates, claiming she had broken her shoulder and torn a tendon as she enjoyed a day out on the lake with her children and close friends. Kim showed herself relaxing on a floatation device as her boat was docked. ‘Wish I could have wake surfed, but my shoulder is still out of commission,’ she captioned her post. It’s unclear exactly how Kim’s injuries were caused.
For the gold bikini look, Kim posted up a storm in the skimpy swimwear while enjoying a nighttime swim in Italy.



She struck a series of racy poses, including playfully posing on a bicycle during a sizzling nighttime photoshoot.



Alongside the snaps, she simply penned: ‘Nite swim in Puglia.’
At the time she broke her shoulder, Kim wrote to her fans, ‘Okay, guys, something you don’t know about me is that I broke my shoulder and I tore the tendon.’ She continued: ‘We are starting out rehabbing, today, and our workouts because I’ve got to get back in the gym.’ The billionaire mogul then explained she was working with personal trainer Melissa Alcantara, who had previously suffered the same injury and insisted nothing was going to keep her down.

On July 5, Kim’s trainer, Senada Greca, shared their vigorous workout routine on her own Instagram. In it, the SKIMs mogul flaunted her toned abs in a black bra and fitted leggings as she was seen working hard to lift heavy weights to perfect her muscle work. She opted to go barefoot but protected her hands with fingerless black gloves while lifting the weights. She went makeup-free and swept her brunette locks back into a low bun.

During the intense workout, Kim Kardashian was seen doing an impressive 30 reps of banded monster walks, a rotation of weighted hip thrusts, and belted squats.

Throughout the video, Senada was seen advising and helping Kim to perfect her weightlifting as the TV star worked on her strength. Giving an insight into Kim’s exercise schedule in a caption, Senada highlighted, ‘@kimkardashian’s Glutes Workout / Lower Body Workout – a little glimpse of some of Kim’s training. We have been working together since January, and even with Kim’s extremely busy schedule, she still makes it a priority to train.’

The personal trainer added, ‘I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to see where this journey takes us. Here’s how the workout went (exclusive of warm up and foam rolling). 1. Clamshells with thrusts – 16 reps x 3 sets each side. 2. Lateral goblet squats, band resisted – 12 reps x 3 sets each side. 3. Belted squats – 12 reps x 4 sets + dropset of 12 reps. 4. Seated abductions – 12 reps x 4 sets. 5. Sumo RDLs – 12 reps x 4 sets.’

Senada concluded, ‘6. Hip thrusts – 12 reps x 4 sets + 8 half reps’ finisher. 7. Banded monster walks – 30 reps.’ However, Kim had previously told Vogue how she works out seven days a week. She told the media outlet she felt as if she was in the best shape of her life. Kim also shared details about her intense fitness routine on Instagram, telling fans she works out for two hours daily under trainer Senada’s expert eyes for like 5-6 days a week.
