Karen Ruins Neighbor’s Big Day By Mowing Her Lawn As The Bride Walked The Aisle

“Yes, we went up to her, no she was not kind.”

A viral video shows the moment a neighbor purposely decided to ruin a wedding by mowing her lawn as the beautiful bride walked down a grass aisle with her father. It cut through to the bride and groom holding hands under a canopy overlooking the water in New Brunswick, Canada, but as the preacher says, “You’re loving and faithful husband, in plenty,” a buzzing sound was once again heard.

@vampyyric posted the clip on TikTok, and the Karen could be seen in a dark hat, light shirt, and dark pants across the street.

“The second the bride’s song came on and she walked down the aisle, this Karen decided to PURPOSELY mow her lawn and yell at us to ruin the weeding. She continued through the entire wedding and we could not hear the vows,” a text on the video, now-viral reads. Even as the woman looked up at the videographer at a point before the video concluded, she kept on moving her lawn nosily.

The poster added: “Yes, we went up to her, no she was not kind. Some people are just rude like that. It’s truly unfortunate.”

So far, the video has garnered over 300K views and 1500 comments. A TikToker in the comments said they would have cranked up the music later that evening and added: “She probably just hates herself and her life.” Another branded the neighbor Mrs. Haversham, a character from Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations who was left at the alter and now insists on wearing her wedding dress for life.

Someone else wrote they would be committed to randomly ringing her doorbell at 3 a.m. at least once a week for eternity, while a third added: “I would literally exact revenge at a later date when she least expects it.

“The comments went on as another said revenge would be worth the minimum jail time and assault charge. A fifth stated: “Everyone should have crossed the road and stood still staring at her, then gave her a round of applause.” In response, Vampyyric said, “some of us actually did, lol.” A few people seemed sympathetic to the woman as one said they should have offered the woman some flowers.

Others said such an incident is expected, especially when you don’t pay for a venue. They insisted it was her property, and she didn’t agree to the wedding.
