Individuals all across the world are joining in to celebrate Kindness by contributing to a trending ‘Cardigan Movement.’ These individuals are putting on Cardigans in honor of late Mr. Rogers.
Putting on a Cardigan on the day scheduled for the World Kindness Day symbolizes the Mister Roger’s Tradition of Kindness. Mr. Fred Rogers, a children’s television star was widely recognized for spreading kindness and compassion.
Honoring him, a hospital in Pittsburg joined the movement by dressing all of its newborns in Red Fred Roger’s style of cardigans and honestly, it’s too cute!

While many cute cardigans were posted online, a few of them were competing with photos shared by the UPMC Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. In all, they won the competition by dressing up newly born babies in red cardigans with tiny collars and ties.
