The teen, identified as Sofia Marroquin, from Australian shared a video to TikTok revealing her new appearance after undergoing a cosmetic treatment called ‘Kybella.’

Kybella, a cosmetic procedure, featuring a nonsurgical injection technique is used to remove fat beneath the chin. But unfortunately, the procedure left Sofia’s face extremely puffy, resulting in a rectangular appearance.

‘I just got some lovely needles into my face. My family has no idea what I’ve done and now I am about to get their reaction.’ Sofia said in the shared clip. The first reaction was her dad who gasped at the sight of his daughter. ‘Oh my goodness’, the dad said with his hand to his mouth. Sofia’s mum equally reacted in almost the same way.

Sofia’s sister was seen running through the house in fits of laughter before finally dropping to the floor in disbelief. Accordingly, Sofia’s best friend, who visited Sophia’s family home admitted she was scared after seeing her friend’s new look.

On the other hand, a few TikTok users have revealed her new face shape resembles some notable cartoon characters, including Lord Farquaad from Shrek and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story.
