Fast X Wins Over Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 In Opening Weekend, Grossing Over $67.5 Million
The movie has earned a first place, starring the daughter of Paul Walker.
‘Fast X’ took over the board on opening weekend as they earned over $67.5 million, with the ‘Guardian of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ following behind. The tenth movie of the series still stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster. It made over $318.9 million worldwide, a staggering amount that put the Marvel flick at the box office in second place.

The third volume also marks the final chapter in the series, starring Christ Pratt and Bradley Cooper in an intergalactic adventure of saving lives. It’s made a total of $32 million domestically and $48.8 million overseas. The total profit summed up to $659.1 million and is remarkably known as one that stars the daughter of former cast Paul Walker, Meadow Walker.
In third place at $9.8 million is Super Mario Brothers Movie. Variety reported that the movie is “to rank as the third biggest animated film of all time with $1.248 billion in worldwide ticket sales,” surpassing The Incredibles.


In fourth place is the ‘Book Club: The Next Chapter’ that stars Jane Fonda, Diane Keaton, Candice Bergen, and Mary Steenburgen. While throwing a bachelorette party in Italy, the stars played friends who got themselves into a lot of trouble.
