Elon Musk’s Net Worth Falls By $768m In Just One Day After Cybertruck Epic Fail
And people still buy them anyway.
Elon Musk is one of a kind man. You don’t see every day a man who bought Tesla shares for $420 ea and sees it plummet to $250, the lowest that year, in less than two months.
Elon Musk had $23.6 billion in fortune and after cracking not just one, but TWO ‘shatterproof windows’, we see Tesla stock plummeting 6% off. That’s $768 million in total for you. This happens after Elon Musk insisted that the chief of the design tries to smash the windows of his Cybertruck with a metal ball.

And it was only right when Musk has been bragging that he’s having a mainstream truck design and core defense function to be applied to his ‘cybertruck’ car. It lets one man throws a metal ball at close range and let’s be honest – he did not even throw it at his max power.
After the awkward moment, Musk said, “It didn’t go through, so that’s a plus side. Room for improvement.”
An analyst wrote that it was impressive to see him trying to bring what seems to be an imagination inspired by a sci-fi movie (Blade Runner) to be brought alive. That analyst, Cowen, also wrote, “While we are pleased to see Tesla enter the most profitable segment of the North American passenger car market, we do not see this vehicle in its current form being a success.”
People did not spare a moment to comment on his failure.
The car will begin production in 2021 and so far, more than 140,000 orders have already been made. Despite the failure of proving it has ‘shatterproof windows’, there are still loyal fans who will buy anything with the Tesla logo on it.
