Bella Sriwantana is a Thai illustrator that is based in Belgium. She’s been around the world and was raised in Los Angeles. She’s also worked in Japan as an Art & English teacher. She likens her comics to a personal diary of her life journey because initially, that was her plan! She bases all her comics on her daily life, and people easily relate to her girl’s struggles, laughing together in the ironies and jokes.

Bella is a self-taught artist and had her own struggle despite her success now. Particularly, she couldn’t find the style that she likes and feels most comfortable in. As a perfectionist, making comics only became easier after she found her current style.
