Ariana Grande, 30, Has Moved On From Dalton Gomez With ‘Wicked’ Co-Star Ethan Slater
Ariana Grande is dating her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater after splitting from Dalton Gomez.
It appears the ‘Thank, U, Next” has swiftly moved on from her estranged husband to Wicked co-star Ethan Slater. Sources close to the pair told TMZ that Ariana Grande and Slater began dating several months ago after meeting on the set of the movie. It comes just as news surfaced that the singer had split from Dalton Gomez in January but remained quiet about the situation.
Slater had tied the knot with wife, singer Lilly Jay in 2018 and they welcomed a son in 2022, however, sources claim he got together with Ariana Grande after he separated from Jay.

GreenLemon reported this week that Grande and the real estate broker were separating after two years of marriage. She also had earlier been seen at the Wimbledon event over the weekend without her ring. As news of the amicable split hit, the former Nickelodeon star has deleted all traces of her wedding to Gomez from her Instagram. She also deleted her anniversary post, accompanied by photos of their wedding.

However, a source recently told US Weekly that Gomez is left devastated by the split and he didn’t want the separation. “He wanted the fairy tale, happy ending, and it’s not looking that way,” the source told the outlet, adding that Gomez is hoping for a reconciliation. But then, Page Six reports that Gomez also seems to have moved on, as it was reported that he’s been dating other people for months now.
Notably, a photo from March showed both Grande and Slater celebrating Michelle Yeoh’s Oscar win in London and in it, Grande is seated close to him with his arm wrapped around.

Though Gomez visited the singer on the set of Wicked in London in a last-ditch attempt to save their marriage, it didn’t work out, as per sources. “They’ve been really good friends throughout the entire process, and their friends and families have been trying to protect them.” However, Slater rose to fame starring in “SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical.” The actor had been nominated for a Tony Award for his role as the titular anthropomorphic sponge.
