Amber Heard Spotted Pushing A Scooter As She Takes Her Daughter To A Madrid Park
Heard, who has left her acting career in Hollywood and moved to Madrid, came to a settlement in her defamation case against Johnny Depp in December.
The Rum Diary actress was spotted holding her one-year-old daughter, Oonagh Paige as she headed to Madrid Park. Amber Heard, who now resides in Madrid while ditching her acting career sported an all-black outfit with a midriff-baring crop top. The 37-year-old paired it with matching leggings, athletic shoes, and a blue bag slung over her left shoulder.
The Aquaman actress had her blonde hair in a long ponytail and wore sunglasses on her forehead as she visited a park in Madrid.

Her daughter, carried in one arm, wore a pink shirt under her blue and ivory striped overalls, adding mauve-colored shoes.

Following Johnny Depp’s successful defamation trial against Heard, she reportedly left Hollywood and now lives near Madrid with her daughter. It’s unknown when she’ll return to Hollywood to resume her acting career. Heard had announced her daughter’s birth via surrogacy on Instagram in July 2021 but did not reveal the father’s identity.
At the time, she also expressed her thoughts about parenthood in the statement, which partially read: ‘I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib.’
Notably, Heard’s daughter was born before the Depp v. Heard defamation case. The actress accused Depp of physical abuse during their marriage, which he denied. She also wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post in 2018 about the negative impact of speaking out about abuse on her career. In 2020, Depp sued News Group Newspapers over allegations published in The Sun, but he lost the case.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor then sued Heard for defamation regarding the op-ed in 2019, and she counter-sued their July 2022 trial. Ultimately, the court concluded that Depp was defamed by Heard, but a statement made by Depp’s former lawyer was also deemed defamatory. Both parties further appealed, but eventually settled in December 2022, with Depp receiving $1 million from Heard’s insurance company.

After the verdict, Heard at the time released a statement to the BBC expressing ‘she had lost faith in the American legal system.’
