Manager Slaps The Member Of K-Pop Girl For Covering Legs Of Teammates During Livestream

Four teammates of the K-Pop girl group, FANATICS, recently had a live stream on the Weibo app. Shortly after, the group started trending at #1 when a clip of an incident went viral. In the now-viral clip, two of the K-Pop girl group members were spotted with short skirts. Another teammate not shown on camera was then seen giving the two girls a jacket to cover up legs amid the live stream.
Afterward, a male staff member, presumed to be the manager was heard in the background scolding and slapping the member (allegedly Sika) for covering the legs of fellow members, mainly because the aim was to flaunt them. Via, Doi, Rayeon, and Chaelin held a live broadcast to interact with their followers and the members were each putting on short skirts.
‘What are you doing? What are you covering? It needs to be seen, allow others see the legs. Are you stupid? The male staff said. Immediately, the four members were shocked and removed the jacket. There was equally a slapping sound heard in the background, which fans speculated was Sika.
Addressing the incident, FANATIC’S agency – FENT issued a statement. It reads: ‘We acknowledged that our company’s staff member’s speech amid the live stream was wrong. We are taking corresponding actions against the responsible individuals. In the future, we will more cautious to avoid these types of issues from occurring again.’
