Prince Charles Confirms With Covid-19 With ‘A Bad Cough’
We wish him a quick recovery.
A palace source has confirmed that Prince Charles of the Royal Family is confirmed with Covid-19 after showing mild symptoms. The source also added that he “has a bad cough” while “generally feeling OK”.
The press officers of the throne’s heir have, however, refused to give further comments. The only statement they released was regarding Prince Charles’ test result, “He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual.”
The Royal Family has also been split up to different regions, following after their pandemic protocol during the 1665 Great Plague. Charles and Camilla are in Scotland while Kate and William are currently in Norfolk. Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Harry have returned to their new resident in Canada.
The Queen and Prince Phillip are sheltering in Windsor, which is unfortunately located in one of the most crowded districts not far from London. Despite the fear of infection, the Queen continues to carry out her royal duties as she continues to hold meetings and public engagements until March 18.
Charles’ biographer, Penny Junor, is optimistic with Prince Charles’ condition. She said, “He is a strong, fit man. He is very diet conscious, he exercises, he is slim, he doesn’t have asthma, and has never smoked. He doesn’t really have any health issues apart from a bad back from several polo falls.”
