Apple Event 2019: iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max Before Your Pre-order
Will you get these new iPhones?
The event has unveiled a lot of upgrades and several new things this year. Apple reveals their game subscription service, Apple Arcade along with their TV streaming service Apple TV plus. There is also the seventh-generation iPad that is 10.2-inch wide.
But the highlight of the show is always their flagship fancy smartphones: the iPhone line-up.
iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max
As you can see during Apple’s marketing chief Phil Schiller speech, the price line up is revealed. iPhone 11 will start at $699 whereas iPhone 11 Pro will get a $999 price tag and the new bigger flagship will be selling at $1099.
While the iPhone 11 will still have only a dual camera set up, the Pro series gets triple camera technology set up in a controversial square cutoff at the back. The two Pro series is also getting “Super Retina XDR” OLED displays which are like the Pro XDR display plus OLED.
Apple’s iPhones are getting ultra-wide lenses, new cameras and enhanced image processing. The main course was, however, the Deep Fusion technology which is Smart HDR multishot mode but better.
The new names for the models are also going back to the old numerical ways, much to the dismays of Roman numbering fans. But since 11 is clearly pronounced eleven, we won’t have to argue like when X could have been read as ‘X’ or ‘ten’.
Pre-order for the new models will begin at Friday, Sept. 13 at 5 a.m. PT (so now you can be part of the first batch without sacrificing your sleep). Your new iPhones will be delivered the very next week.
