Here’s The Worst Dressed Celebs At BRIT Awards 2023

The awards season is here, and as with the Grammys, the BRIT Awards have also showcased some unique fashion at its event. The pop music award was held at the 02 Arena in London, England over the weekend, and celebrities didn’t hold back at bringing in their A-game, walking the red carpet in their sartorial best. Most impressed the audience with their incredible looks; however, some appeared in outfits that raised questions. 

Among the worst dressed at the star-studded bash was Sam Smith. The Unholy singer alongside fan-favorite Lewis Capaldi and singer/songwriter Ashnikko among others are considered to have missed the fashion mark, despite their efforts. Since the musical night has come to an end, we’ve collated the worst red carpet looks, have a look. Besides, do you also agree that these outfits are no GO? 

Talia Storm opted for this tiny pink bikini, finishing off the ensemble with giant knee-high fur boots and a large shaggy coat. 

Storm had all eyes on her for all the wrong reasons. Along with the faux fur theme outfit, she added a large pink furry hat and carried a tote bag made of the same fabric. The 24-Year-Old also rocked a glistering silver bejeweled chain around her neck with her name as a metal pendant. She appeared confident as she struck a pose on the red carpet, smiling at the photographers while flaunting the unusual outfit. 

Storm also had her blonde tresses styled into loose waves, which flowed past her shoulders and she wore a soft, natural makeup look while also paring a nude lip with pink blush and a smokey eye.

Sam Smith sported a very shiny black-one piece inflated jumpsuit. It boasted huge shoulder pads, sleeves, large legs, and a zip-up to the front. 

Alongside the fashion-forward outfit, Sam also donned black platform boots, adding several inches to their height. 

They kept their makeup and hair simple, flaunting a natural, fresh-faced look and short bleach-blonde locks. To complete the look, the singer rocked drop earrings, which had a stud and an anchor-shaped pendant with a pearl.

Megan McKenna gained maximum attention when she arrived in this black leather minidress, paired with cowboy-inspired accessories.

The ensemble, designed with rhinestone-style decals in a variety of shapes and crosses was paired with a host of accessories. Megan had her hair styled in a down do and also rocked knee-high black boots, including leather-look gloves which covered her forearms. 

Lewis Capaldi took a spot on the worst-dressed list. He arrived at the event in this maroon jacket decorated with embroidered flowers. 

The musician, who had been nominated for the Song of the Year prize with his song Forget Me, sported black trousers, a black t-shirt undershirt, an unusual coat, and plain black trainers. 

Accordingly, singer/songwriter Kamille arrived in this floor-length turquoise gown, while flaunting her pregnancy bump. The outfit included a head covering, long sleeves, and matching gloves.

As she posed on the red carpet, the recording artist confidently cradled her bare bump. Kamille also showed off her glowing skin, and sophisticated makeup looks of pink lips with classic black eyeliner and pink blush.

Jessie J is another on the list. She arrived in this bright scarlet shade that featured a long-sleeved top and lace leggings. 

The outfit, which also featured a cutout on her stomach to show her bump, was paired with a coat. The 34-Year-Old had the coat, made from a crimped organza-style fabric, slung around her arms. 

Leigh Francis wore this two-piece suit that featured a tartan-style print in a range of hues. 

Underneath the suit, he wore a t-shirt, on which an image of a close-up face was printed. The comedian complimented the look with a pink Stetson and black boots with red laces. 

Rapper Aitch arrived in this two-tone, two-piece suit in powder blue and cream. 

The dress, which boasted interesting details, like an oversized collar, and two-tone blazer lapels was paired with white trainers. 

Singer-songwriter and rapper Ashnikko arrived on the red carpet in this gown that appeared to be made of a clear, thin rubber fabric. 

The musician paired the frock with towering Perspex platform heels and completed the bold look with a dyed rich blue tone hairstyle. For makeup, Ashnikko went with the trend, sporting barely there bleached eyebrows alongside an otherwise natural look, with fresh skin and nude lips.

Another very bold look was worn by Yinka Bokinni. Her top featured a daring neckline, paired with wide-legged black trousers. 

The TV personality paired it with a simple hair and makeup style. Yinka also showed off her glowing skin with a light foundation base. For makeup, she had nude lips and dark eyeliner in a modern cat-eye style. For her hairdo, Yinka had her brown tresses styled down, though they were parted in the center and slicked into a smooth style. 

Actor Billie Piper arrived in this unusual ensemble, which appeared to include only black tights covering the bottom half of her body. Her top had a pink bralette top and huge puff sleeves made from cream fabric. 

Ellie Goulding rocked what looked like a solid breastplate-style top. The singer paired the black top, strapped around her torso with thin laces with black trousers and she had her hair down in a wavy style. 

Another celebrity to make the list is Singer MNEK, who arrived on the red carpet in pink from head to toe. The ensemble boasted stylish touches, including the blush hue and two-piece suit. 

However, Sam Smith, Dua Lipa, and Harry Styles led the nominations at the BRIT Awards. And in a shocking snub, female artists weren’t recognized in the category of the Artist Of the Year, which last year introduced a gender-neutral overhaul by tussling out its male and female-centric categories.
