Gigi Hadid Calls Kanye West A ‘Bully’ And ‘Joke’ After He Targeted A Fashion Journalist

Kanye West is caught up in another internet feud. And this time, he targeted fashion journalist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. October 3rd had seen the rapper in a fashion show, where he debuted his Yeezy brand’s Season 9 collection in Paris.
However, the rapper sparked a stir when he addressed guests donning a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt.
Also in attendance was friend/right-wing Candace Owens.
Gabriella was among the guests at the show, and she witnessed several models wearing the controversial T-shirt, including one of Selah Marley. The stylist wasn’t impressed and shared her thoughts on the T-shirt on Instagram stories, writing: “It didn’t land, and it was deeply offensive, violent and dangerous.”
She added: “The idea that white supremacy is in danger of extinction is what justifies mass incarceration, murder en masse, indeed the advent of slavery.”
“The idea that Blackness must be snuffed out for it will supercede whiteness in power and influence if given the chance. And it’s so hugely irresponsible to furnish the most dangerous extremists with this kind of fictional narrative.” In typical Ye fashion, Gabriella’s critique didn’t go down well, so he attacked her, appearing to make fun of her outfit.
“Broke the processor. When the computer can’t read the code. This is a droid,” Kanye captioned the first post he curated against Gabriella.
In another, he shared a photo of one of her outfits and said: “This is not a fashion person. You speak on Ye Ima speak on you Ask Trevor Noah. His final post included a close-up of Gabriella’s footwear. He wrote: “I KNOOOOOOW ANNA HAAAATES THESE BOOTS.”
In the comments of one of these posts, Gigi Hadid came to the stylist’s defense.
The supermodel, as per E! News, wrote in a since-deleted comment: “You wish u had a percentage of her intellect. You have no idea haha.”
Gigi added: “If there’s actually a point of any of your shit she might be the only person that could save u. As if the honor of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion…? Lol.” She concluded her statement, calling Kanye a bully and a joke.
Unsurprisingly, the rapper/fashion designer has hit back at the model.
