Cristiano Ronaldo’s Baby Boy Died As He Shared The ‘Greatest Pain’

The Man Utd Icon, Cristiano Ronaldo, has announced the death of his baby son after fiancé Georgina Rodriguez gave birth to a twin boy and girl. It would be recalled that in October 2021, the couple had shared the news they were expecting twins in an Instagram post.
It was then confirmed they were expecting both a boy and a girl in a gender-reveal video in December.
Sadly, one of the twins, Ronaldo’s baby son, passed away.
Taking to Instagram in a joint statement signed by the duo, they wrote: “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”
“We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss, and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”
When the couple announced the pregnancy earlier, a video showed their children popping balloons filled with blue and pink confetti. Their two sons had argued it would be a boy, while the two girls had insisted it was a girl. The caption on the clip by Ronaldo had read: “Where life begins and love never ends.”
This comes as Georgina, 28, recently described Ronaldo as the best dad as they awaited their new arrivals.
She had said to the 37-Year-Old that every day by his side is happy and unique and even thanked him for being the best dad in the world.
However, the football community has since offered its support to Ronaldo and his family regarding their loss while urging them to look after the baby girl that has joined the family. During Georgina’s latest pregnancy, the couple had been active on social media and have now asked for privacy during this mourning period.
Since his return to Manchester United, the family had resided in England, having lived in Italy and Spain.
