Everything about ‘Shell Comics’ was whimsical. Ryan Menezes from India admitted it to the origin of the name ‘shell.’ He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Chitrakala Parishath school. Now based in Bengaluru, Ryan was originally from Mangalore.
Sharing about how he started drawing, Ryan noticed that he loved doing it since he was a kid. “I always loved drawing and making people laugh,” Ryan said. He jokingly added, “Let’s be honest, I’m pretty hilarious.”
Then how did he come up with ‘Shell Comics‘? “It started as a naughty animated comics about war, and I thought I’d primarily make just that comics,” Ryan shared.
